Pre-requisites

You’ll need to have Macha EST application installed and configured. Please refer to the Getting Started guide for more information.

Creating an Account

  • To create an account, click the Sign In | Sign Up button to open the login popup. Click the Sign Up Now button to create a new account.

  • Enter your email address and click the Send Verification Code button, to receive a verification code via email.

  • After verifying your email address, fill out the rest of the form and click the Create button to create your account.

Remember to keep your password safe, as losing it will require you to contact your organization’s administrator to reset it. The Forgot Password button will not work for Macha EST.

Signing In

To sign in, click the Sign In | Sign Up button to open the login popup. Enter your email address and password, and click the Sign In button to sign in. You will be redirected to the Macha EST home page after a successful sign in.

If you leave the login popup open for too long, it will time out, causing your sign-in attempt to fail. In such cases, you’ll need to close the popup and either click the Sign In | Sign Up button again or restart the application.

Starting from v 1.0.9-beta, Macha EST will require a verification code to sign in. You will receive a verification code via email after entering your email address and password. Enter the verification code in the login popup and click the Verify button to sign in.

Signing Out

To sign out, click on the avatar icon on the top right of the app and then click on the Sign Out button to sign out of Macha EST. You will be redirected to the Macha EST login page after a successful sign out.
